Ingredients

3 to 3-1/2 lbs pork ribs
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Wistershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Cooking Instructions

Sauce:
Mix ketchup, onions, brown sugar, Wistershire sauce, chili powder, liquid smoke, garlic powder and Tabasco sauce. Add extra seasoning to taste.

Ribs:
Preheat broiler. Cut rib rack into 2-rib pieces. Place ribs on a cookie sheet and put into the broiler, 6 inches from the top. Cook 5 minutes on each side.

Crock-Pot Cooking:
Place broiled ribs into Crock-Pot and pour the sauce over the ribs. Make sure that all of the ribs are covered with sauce.

Cooking Time:
Low - 10 to 12 hours
High - 5 to 6 hours
