1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup oil
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1 medium onion (diced)
1 clove garlic (crushed)
Cooking Instructions
This recipe makes enough marinade for one flank steak.
Pour marinade over flank steak, cover and place in the refrigerator. After 12 hours, flip the steak and place it back in the refrigerator.
