Ingredients

1 cup margarine (2 sticks)
1/3 cup Crisco
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons coconut flavoring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can or 1 cup angel flake coconut

Cooking Instructions

Cream together the margarine, Crisco, and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg is added.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add milk, coconut flavoring and vanilla extract.
Stir in angel flake coconut.
Bake in ungreased tube pan for 1 hour and 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
