Trim fat from the meat. Lay meat on heavy-duty foil. Stick with a fork and put tenderizer. Sprinkle with garlic and Accent (or Cavendar's Greek Seasoning). Place foil and meat in a shallow baking pan and turn up foil sides. Pour on beef gravy, a can of mushrooms, and Italian dressing, and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Wrap loosely, but close tightly. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour PER POUND. Then take out, open the foil and cool. Pour off the gravy and refrigerate. When the gravy has cooled, skim off the fat. Slice the meat thinly and pour 1/2 of the gravy on it. Rewrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
NOTE: This very tender and delicious meat dish is an excellent one to serve company and can be made a day, a week, or even a month ahead. It freezes very well.
