Ingredients

2 lbs ground sausage (browned and well-drained)
18 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded sharp cheese (or whatever kind you like)
1 box of garlic (or herb) croutons

To reduce the size of the casserole, use the following.
1 1/2 lbs sausage
12 eggs
1 1/3 cups milk
1 1/3 cups shredded cheese
1 box of croutons

Cooking Instructions

Beat eggs and milk, and stir in cheese. Spray a large casserole dish with Pam and spread sausage in it. Pour egg mixture on top of the sausage (sausage may float). Sprinkle croutons on top and bake at 325 degrees for one hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. It can be put together ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake. Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
